Legal Defense If You Are Involved in a Self-Defense Shooting
We will waive up to $5,000 of our legal fees if you are involved in a self-defense shooting. In such a situation, your membership card doubles as a useful checklist of what to do to best protect yourself from legal fallout, including a toll-free number to contact your attorneys, who will be ready to work on your defense.
Gun-Law Questions and Issues Answered
For a reduced, flat fee, a gun-rights lawyer will answer your questions by telephone, followed up with his advice in writing for your convenience and reference.
General Legal Services
We provide gun-friendly lawyers for a variety of general legal services such as divorces, wills, custody matters, and criminal defense, all available with a simple toll-free phone call or email.
Internet-Based Services
Our State-Wide serves are facilitated by state-of-the-art internet-based technology. Execute contracts and other documents with a simple mouse-click. Video conferences, email-based consultations, and other internet-based service delivery are available.
NFA Trusts
If you desire to own a Class III weapon or device, it is best to establish a special Trust before the transfer. The normal flat fee for such a trust is $600, but as a benefit of membership, you would receive a $100 discount.
Concealed Permit Services
Send your Concealed Handgun Permit application packet to us. For a $100 fee, we will review your application, notarize all the necessary forms, and mail your packet by certified mail to the State Police. If you are charged in any criminal matter or subject of a restraining order, we will handle the notification details to protect your rights as best as possible.
